This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of products and services offered by SynQues Consultancy Private Limited ("SynQues", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or engaging SynQues for any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Software Development Services
- Website Development Services
- Mobile Application Development Services
- ERP & CRM Solutions
- SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Products
- Cloud-Based Services
- IT Consulting Services
- Support & Maintenance Services
- Training, Setup, and Implementation Services
- Any other products or services provided by SynQues
2. Cancellation of Project-Based Services
Before Project Commencement
A client may request cancellation before project commencement by submitting a written request. If no work has been initiated and no resources have been allocated, cancellation may be accepted at the sole discretion of SynQues.
Any costs already incurred, including consultation, requirement gathering, planning, licensing, or third-party expenses, may be deducted from any eligible refund.
After Project Commencement
Once a project has commenced, including but not limited to:
- Requirement Analysis
- Project Planning
- UI/UX Design
- Development Activities
- Testing Activities
- Deployment Preparation
- Resource Allocation
The client may request project termination; however:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date shall be billed and payable.
- Outstanding invoices remain due and payable.
- Completed milestones shall be considered accepted unless disputed as per the applicable agreement.
- Cancellation shall not relieve the client from payment obligations for services already rendered.
3. SaaS Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Future recurring billing will stop.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused periods.
Annual Subscriptions
Customers may request cancellation of annual subscriptions. Upon cancellation:
- Services will remain available until the end of the paid subscription term unless otherwise agreed.
- No refund shall be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period unless expressly approved by SynQues.
4. Support & Maintenance Services
Support and maintenance agreements may be cancelled by providing written notice. Cancellation shall:
- Become effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
- Not entitle the customer to a refund for services already provided.
- Not affect payment obligations for services rendered prior to cancellation.
5. Training, Setup and Implementation Services
Once scheduled, initiated, or delivered, the following services cannot be cancelled:
- Software Setup
- Configuration
- Data Migration
- Onboarding
- User Training
- Implementation Services
- Customization Services
Any cancellation request received after commencement shall not affect applicable fees.
6. Cancellation by SynQues
SynQues reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices or subscription fees.
- Breach of contractual obligations.
- Misuse of services.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Unauthorized access attempts or security violations.
- Activities that may adversely affect SynQues systems, operations, or reputation.
Where feasible, reasonable notice shall be provided before service suspension or termination.
7. Method of Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

The request should include:
- Customer Name
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Contact Details
- Invoice or Subscription Reference Number
- Service Being Cancelled
- Reason for Cancellation
Cancellation requests shall be considered effective only after written acknowledgment by SynQues.
8. Effect of Cancellation
- Customer access to applicable services may be suspended or terminated at the effective cancellation date.
- SynQues may retain records and data as required by law, contractual obligations, or internal retention policies.
- Any outstanding dues shall remain payable.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
For SaaS and hosted services:
- Customer data may be retained for up to 30 days after service termination unless otherwise required by law or contract.
- After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted from active systems.
- Customers are responsible for exporting and backing up their data prior to cancellation.
10. Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
